Artist's Comments
This was done with a vectoring program, but I SUCK at Vector stuff, so I used pixelation and bitmapping instead... This was done with a blank white rectangle above a multicolored background, which I then used the eraser to cut out parts of the rectangle, making the colored part. Then I wnet in with a pen and worked up all the other parts, like the lines.
